After Xiaoyun left, everyone looked at Zhang Hu like a fool. They really didn't know what was going on in this guy's head every day, and how could he be such a fool.  In the beginning, when people are well-intentioned and want to go together, you push back and obstruct them and make things difficult in every possible way.

In times of crisis, people will disregard their past grievances, act bravely and help you, and save you in times of crisis.  After everything is over, do you still want others to be your bodyguards?  Even a fool can see your little thoughts, and you dare to say it with a shameless face. All the escorts couldn't help but cursed in their hearts.

After everyone laughed, they ignored Zhang Hu and turned back to collect the bodies of their companions.  Looking at those corpses, everyone felt very heavy. The voices of sharing a cup of wine and chatting last night seemed to still be in their ears. Who would have thought that today, the yin and yang are separated, and the world is really ruthless.  But now that I have chosen this path, I have already prepared for the corpse wilderness.

Xiaoyun came to the place where he parted with Kong Lin, but did not find Kong Lin. He couldn't help but feel anxious. If Kong Lin was in any danger, he would be the one to blame.

"Brother Xiao, you're back, how hard it was for me to wait?" When Xiao Yun was regretting and blaming himself, suddenly, a shout came from a cave not far away.

Xiaoyun was overjoyed and hurriedly ran over, only to see Kong Lin emerging from a narrow hole. His head was covered with weeds and he was very embarrassed.

"How could Brother Kong be in such a mess?" Xiaoyun looked at Kong Lin and couldn't figure out how he got into such a small hole.

"After you left, I heard several screams, which were very strange. Just in case something unexpected happened, I found a hole and covered it with some weeds to hide it." Maybe it was because I thought that I was so timid and afraid that  Xiaoyun joked, Kong Lin's face turned red, and he told the reason intermittently.

"How many screams have you heard? Have you discovered anything?" Xiaoyun thought of those strange screams. It seemed that someone was hiding in the dark and commanding the men in black. But besides hearing a few screams,  No trace of the enemy was found.

"Oh, I remembered it. When I was hiding in the cave, I vaguely saw a young man in black on the hillside. With a wave of his sleeves, the three men in black around him disappeared in an instant, and then the young man in black also disappeared.  Yes." Kong Lin hurriedly told what he had just seen. Although he saw the whereabouts of those men in black, he was still a little confused as to how those men in black disappeared.

After listening to Kong Lin¡¯s narration, Xiaoyun thought about it and couldn¡¯t figure out the strangeness.  Xiaoyun never speculates too much about things that he can't figure out, because the more complicated his mind is, the easier it is for his thoughts to get into trouble.  After the two packed up, they continued on the road. Xiaoyun recounted the battle just now while walking, which made Kong Lin's blood boil with excitement and admiration.  However, when it came to the strange self-destruction of those men in black, Kong Lin showed a look of horror and confusion, and then became silent and fell into deep thought. He didn't know what he was thinking, and Xiaoyun didn't ask.

¡°Brother Xiao, maybe I know the origins of those men in black!¡±

"What? Brother Kong, do you know?" Xiaoyun looked at Kong Lin in disbelief, with disbelief on his face. No wonder Xiaoyun looked like this. Kong Lin was a scholar and lived in a small town since he was a child. How could he understand the world?  What about the green forest thing?

"Brother Xiao, I don't know if you still remember the anecdotes I told you yesterday. Some of the anecdotes recorded by my master have not yet been told to you, and the description of one of them is very different from the black clothes you encountered.  People are strikingly similar."

"Really? Did the master record which force they were from?" Xiaoyun couldn't help but ask after hearing that Kong Lin had clues about the man in black. Those monsters left a deep impression on him.  .

"They are not people of any power, because they they are not people at all." Kong Lin looked straight at Xiaoyun, his voice trembling as if he could hardly speak.

His teacher¡¯s notes have always been considered a book of ghost stories, and the contents inside have been accused of being fabricated. Even Kong Lin thought the book was a dreamy essay written by the teacher when he was bored.

Although Kong Lin was surprised that his teacher married a wife and had children in his seventies, he had always been skeptical about the things recorded in "Dream Travels".

But when he heard Xiaoyun's description of the men in black just now, and then thought of some of the things described in "Sleepwalking", he was instantly shocked and speechless!  After realizing this, his face turned pale with fear and he was covered in cold sweat. He had never imagined that there could be such a terrifying thing in the world. Under Xiaoyun's questioning, he had to tell him the whole story.

Hearing Kong Lin¡¯s conclusion, Xiaoyun seemed to be startled. He thought he was joking, but looking at his panic look and thinking about the weirdness of those men in black, they seemed really inhuman.

"If they're not human, thenthen what are they?"

    "It'sit's a zombie puppet!"

After Kong Lin finished speaking, he could no longer control the fear in his heart, "Plop"With a sound, he collapsed to the ground.

"No no, that's just a story." Kong Lin looked confused, lost his mind, and kept mumbling to himself, as if he was possessed.

Xiaoyun felt anxious when he saw that Kong Lin couldn't accept the facts he saw and lost his mind. If he was allowed to get lost, he might become a madman.

"Kong Lin!" Xiaoyun had no other choice. He remembered the method that the elder Zhuang Nei once said and shouted.

A sound of thunder shook Kong Lin's ears, and he suddenly regained his composure, his eyes gradually returned to clarity, and he slowly woke up.

"Brother Kong, don't worry. As long as I, Xiaoyun, are here, I will never let you get hurt."

After Kong Lin recovered, he thought about his gaffe and secretly felt ashamed. He quickly stood up and thanked Xiaoyun.

"Brother Xiao, are the bodies of the men in black still there? I know a little bit about medical skills, and I can tell if those men in black are really zombies after a quick check." After Kong Lin recovered, in order to save some face, he also wanted to confirm those men in black.  He asked Xiaoyun about his true identity.

"Maybe I have disappointed Brother Kong. The other three have already escaped, and the other one has also self-destructed." Xiaoyun also wanted Kong Lin to confirm it, but thinking that the man in black had been broken into pieces, he couldn't help but shake his head and sigh.

"Fragments? Let's go there quickly and see if we can find any clues." After Kong Lin finished speaking, he ran forward without waiting for Xiaoyun's reply.

Zhao Chan looked at the corpses on the ground, feeling very sad.  Although this kind of emergency situation has long been seen in time and space, it still cannot be ignored calmly.

"I blame you for being such a dog thief. You made all the brothers rush on their way without stopping. You pressed on without even taking a moment to rest. The dog thief deserves to die."

Zhao Chan saw Zhang Hu cowering in the car and thought of the tragic situation of those bodyguards when they were dying. He couldn't help but get angry. He grabbed Zhang Hu, raised his iron fist and hit him. Where was Zhang Hu's pampered body?  After enduring his violent beating, he was beaten to the point of crying and bruised all over his body.  If the surrounding bodyguards had not stopped him in time, Zhao Chan might have been beaten to death.

It¡¯s no wonder that Zhao Chan took it out on Zhang Hu. Although the bodyguards were very skilled, no matter how strong they were, they couldn¡¯t bear to rush on their way.  Coupled with the lack of rest time, everyone was exhausted.  When they were suddenly attacked by men in black, they were no longer as quick as before. Some of the slower ones were dead on the spot before they could stand up.

"In normal times, the casualties would never have been so serious. If they had formed a defensive formation in time and waited for Xiaoyun to come to rescue, the outcome might have been completely different.
