It¡¯s all chaos, it¡¯s all chaos!

Batavia**!  Rebels invade the city!  The Japanese minister, Navy Admiral Kobayashi Jizao, died unexpectedly!  Thousands of shops were looted!

On August 27, 1938, the gunshots of the rebellion known as the "Batavia Conspiracy" in history completely crushed the lever of peace in Eurasia. The night the news reached Europe, Downing Street suddenly felt as big as a bucket.  . Before Europe and the United States could figure out what caused this rebellion, the urban battle in Batavia, the heart of the Dutch East Indies, was coming to an end.

Under the fierce attack of the Japanese army disguised as East Indian soldiers, in less than seventeen hours, the retreating Dutch army surrendered in large numbers amid the encirclement and cutting. Even the Dinghai Shenzhen used in the last rebellion was crucial.  The naval fortress of Batavia Harbor was occupied by rebels.  The Dutch Governor, Baron Lambest, hurriedly boarded the light cruiser Java and initially tried to continue coordinating the garrison's resistance.  Only one day later, he found that the situation was out of control and had to take the Java and Surabaya coastal defense ships to try to escape to Singapore. However, it was too late. The Japanese Navy's Kongo and Hiei suddenly came out.  and two heavy cruisers blocked the bay.

The aggressive Japanese Navy directly issued a clear message, demanding that the Dutch East Indies government hand over the murderer of General Kobayashi Nobuyoshi, and required the two Dutch warships to disarm and accept the supervision of the Japanese Navy before the incident was investigated.  The small overlord of Southeast Asia and the world-recognized neutral navy also has dignity. Even if it is only a temporary supervision signal, the commander of the Dutch East India Fleet, Rear Admiral Karel Dorman, still decided to maintain his dignity and refuse to accept it.

The arrival of the Japanese fleet made the situation suddenly complicated.  But Major General Dorman hadn't thought too much about it at that time, because the Japanese navy's exercises in East Timor had been notified to the British and Dutch authorities in advance, so it was not surprising that they could arrive quickly.  But he never expected that shortly after the Japanese navy arrived, the three 280mm coastal defense guns in the Batavia Naval Fortress, which he had always believed that the East Indian rebels would not use the fortress' heavy artillery, would not pose a threat.  Five 150mm rapid-fire cannons took this opportunity to suddenly fire at him.  Since the two cruisers were focused on the Japanese fleet at that time, the two ships did not organize a counterattack for several minutes.  In less than ten minutes, the two battleships were beaten to the point of being on fire. In the end, Governor Lambert, considering the safety of the soldiers and believing that Britain would soon exonerate him, ordered him to accept temporary leave from the Japanese Navy.  Supervision.  But the governor never expected that this supervision would prevent him, Major General Dorman and others from returning to Europe until after the war.

Under the orders of Major General Dorman, the Dutch East India Fleet finally succumbed to Japanese pressure, and all seven warships in total withdrew from the battle and accepted the temporary supervision of the Japanese Navy.  Without the threat from the sea, the East India Revolutionary Army became more and more aggressive. In just a few days, important cities including Surabaya and Makassar changed their banners.

On August 30, the East India Revolutionary Army approached Serang and quickly defeated more than 300 Dutch troops stationed here.

On August 31, the most important Anglo-Dutch Shell oil field in Balikpapan, East Borneo, was suddenly attacked by armed soldiers. Although the company's security team resisted and blew up an oil storage tank at the last moment, it was disguised as a revolution.  The Japanese Marine Corps and two thousand East India Revolutionary Army soldiers still seized this large oil field that was jealous of the world.  Not only was the entire oil field and refining equipment almost completely seized, but a full 3.7 million tons of crude oil was also seized. Three oil tankers and two British merchant ships that failed to be scuttled in time in the port were also seized.

On September 1, after learning that another riot occurred in the Dutch East Indies, the Chinese government took the lead in publicly issuing a war warning for the Dutch East Indies to the world in the dual names of the government and the Ministry of National Defense, and at the same time requested all military personnel in West Borneo to  Expatriates in the Dutch East Indies were immediately evacuated, and a transport fleet totaling 900,000 tons, 17 warships and 31 seaplanes were dispatched to participate in the evacuation operation.

On September 2, riots swept through the most important island of Sumatra, and riots occurred in Palembang and other places in South Sumatra.  That night, more than a thousand East Indian revolutionary troops secretly crossed the Sunda Strait in small boats and launched an attack on Lampung Port.  By the early morning of September 5, Lampung Port, known as the throat of the Sunda Strait, fell.

On September 3, when the news of Kobayashi Tsuzo's murder spread back to Japan, Tokyo immediately broke out into a riot, demanding that the Dutch government hand over the murderer. Prime Minister Konoe Fumimaro also publicly stated that if the Dutch government did not hand over the murderer,  Then Japan will directly send troops to land on Java Island to arrest.  Within hours of his speech, Rabaul sent four troopships to carry an entire regiment to Batavia.

On September 7, the urban battle of Palembang broke out. Led by a Japanese squadron that rushed to cross the river, more than 3,000 East Indian Revolutionary Army launched an attack on Palembang from all directions, defeating the Dutch army and occupying the port in just one day.  The remaining Dutch troops had to retreat to the oil fields and wait for support together with the security team of the British-Dutch Shell Company.

On September 9, when the East India Revolutionary Army after capturing Palembang tried to cross the mouth of the Musi River, they were suddenly attacked from the sea.Heavy shelling.  The Chinese Navy heavy cruiser Nanchang, which was ordered to protect the Minas Oilfield in Riau Province, and the British heavy cruiser Berwick, which arrived from Singapore, blocked this strategic point in time. The two ships continuously dropped 1,172 203mm high missiles at the revolutionary army within an hour.  Explosive bombs defeated the rebels who were advancing deep into central Sumatra.  Although the East India Revolutionary Army also tried to take a detour upstream, Nagata Tetsuyama, who was afraid that further penetration would lead to Chinese intervention, thought over and over again and ordered to stop the advance.  Since the Palembang oil field was more than 50 kilometers away from the sea, the British navy was unable to destroy the oil field and had to blow up the oil transmission equipment and oil storage tanks near the shore and wait for orders from Whitehall.

On the same day, Sukarno, who learned that Palembang had been captured, was so confident that he declared the establishment of the Republic of Indonesia in Bandung and proclaimed himself the first president.

On September 10, the Japanese troops who hurriedly arrived from Rabaul were blocked and intercepted by the British navy. They relied on their strong naval superiority and occupied Makassar and Batavia after a brief exchange of fire, but did not continue to penetrate deeper.

The color of Nanyang changes color and huge waves surge into the sky!  But what is strange is that at this critical moment, the British troops stationed in Singapore have not received the order to attack the East India Revolutionary Army. Even the Royal Navy only gave a verbal warning when preventing the Japanese troops from landing, and did not fire a single artillery shell.  Is the telegraph machine in Downing Street broken?  This is a joke, there will not be only one radio station in the British Empire.  What really prevented Prime Minister Chamberlain from making a decision was that just when Whitehall was preparing to fulfill the protection agreement and order the Far Eastern troops to attack East Indies, the mustache that caused Europe the most headache suddenly jumped up and went into a rage after learning about the huge changes in East Indies.

On September 4, the day before the battle on Java ended, the Sudetenland crisis took a turn for the worse.  Hitler, who had been waiting for a quotation from Britain and France, suddenly spoke nonsense to the visiting British envoy in Berlin, saying that he had lost patience and could not stand the Czech government's persecution of German expatriates in Sudetenland, so he decided that if the cession could not be reached before October 1  If they reach an agreement, they will order their troops to attack the Czech Republic and swear that Germany has had enough of blackmail and threats and would rather go to war with Britain and France this time than retreat.

Finally, he also ordered the recruitment of conscripts, asking the government and the people to be prepared to defend Germany!

But it¡¯s up to you to take your own life!

Chamberlain had the intention of killing Mustache. The sudden explosion in East India had caught him off guard. Before he could calm down the crying Netherlands, he didn't expect German Mustache to jump out again.  After careful consideration, he had to first appease the Netherlands and resolve the Sudetenland crisis. To this end, he dragged his old body and personally boarded a plane to Berlin to meet Hitler.  At the same time, to prevent Japan from taking the opportunity to annex the Dutch East Indies, Prime Minister Chamberlain personally wrote to Xu Gesen, asking him to contact Yang Qiu immediately to find a way to contact Yanjing to curb the arrogant Japan, and promised that if Yang Qiu agreed, he would  Handing over the British-mandated Anambas Islands next to the Natuna Islands to China allowed Yanjing to truly block the entrance and exit of the South China Sea.

¡°This is the progress of the evacuation of overseas Chinese.¡± Yan Yuqiu, with his long hair tied up, placed the navy¡¯s evacuation progress report on the table.  This woman, who had been secretly in love with Yang Qiu for many years, finally married a naval officer two years ago after learning that Yang Qiu no longer wanted to be involved in relationships.  Originally, she wanted to resign as the presidential secretary, but after Miao Luo personally came to persuade her, she agreed to stay and continue working.

After marriage, Yan Yuqiu became more mature, and her voice became more delicate: "So far, 210,000 expatriates have been evacuated, but in recent years more and more businessmen have gone to the Dutch East Indies. The original prediction of 370,000 may be  It¡¯s far more than that, so Commander Chen said it will take another week to withdraw them all.¡±

"Is there any obstruction from Japan?"

"That's not true. Japan is now eager for all our people to leave. On the contrary, there have been several conflicts between the East India Revolutionary Army controlled by Sukarno and the overseas residents, resulting in some casualties and a lot of property being robbed. Commander Chen called just now to ask,  Should we take some deterrent actions?¡±

Yang Qiu tapped his fingers lightly on the table. After a long time, he raised his head and returned the progress report to Yan Yuqiu: "Don't cause trouble, just ask Chen Shaokuan and the others to speed up their evacuation." Yan Yuqiu nodded. After following Yang Qiu for so many years, she is probably worse than Miao Qiu.  Luo Dou understands this person's temper.  Japan's march south is what he wants most. As long as there are no serious casualties, he will not interfere.

After Yan Yuqiu left, Yang Qiu looked through the documents again, but before he could read a few lines, the knock on the door rang again, and Yan Yuqiu leaned in again: "President, the British Ambassador Xu Gesen and the Dutch Ambassador are here."

After not seeing him for just half a month, Xu Gesen seemed to have lost a lot of weight, and his expression was even more haggard than last time.  The Dutch minister to China next to him was even more anxious. As soon as he sat down, he talked about the situation in the Dutch East Indies and laid out the conditions for the Anambas Islands, as if he hoped President Yang would send troops immediately.

Yang Qiu saw that both of them looked not very good, so he stood up and made them a cup of coffee.  Of course the Anambas Islands want it, but with Natuna, compared to the entire Southwest Pacific,A little benefit can no longer sway him.  So he sat on the sofa next to him and said slowly: "You two, I already know the situation in Batavia. Please rest assured that our country will not recognize the legal surname of Sukarno's political axe, but sending troops may be more troublesome.  "

Not recognizing Sukarno¡¯s political ax made Xu Gesen and the Dutch minister very happy, but the words that followed made their hearts slowly sink.  Yang Qiu glanced at the two of them and explained: "You two should know that the northwest of our country is under the threat of invasion, and the situation is even more dangerous than the Sudetenland, so we must be careful to deal with the Soviet attack now. And you two don't think the Japanese fleet  Did it come too soon? The news of General Kobayashi¡¯s death came out the next morning, but they had already arrived on the third morning. I think there is a big problem here!"

The hearts of the two ambassadors sank again. In fact, they had noticed something fishy before they came. However, Prime Minister Chamberlain decided to give priority to solving the Sudetenland crisis, so everyone could only pretend to be stupid and cover up Japan's involvement in this matter. After all, they had nothing to do with the Navy.  Japan, which ranks third in the world in terms of total tonnage, declares war, which is a very cautious thing to do.  When Xu Gesen saw that Yang Qiu was unwilling to intervene in Nanyang, he immediately said: "Mr. President, I very much agree with your suspicion, so it is even more necessary for you and the Chinese government to stand up. The Japanese ambitions have become bigger and bigger, and now Sumatra  East, but who will guarantee that they will not develop towards the Minas oil field in Riau and West Borneo? And you should know that the Malacca Strait is safer in our British hands than in Japanese hands! If you lose it, you think it is expensive  Can China still ensure the safety of waterways?¡±

"Yes, this is where I am in trouble." Yang Qiu pretended to be in a dilemma and said with a wry smile: "The secret defense agreement between Japan and the Soviet Union is not difficult to guess. If my warship goes to East India, then the Soviet Union  How will people react? Mr. Ambassador, the security of the northwest is much more important than that of Nanyang!"

    Xu Gesen was secretly angry!

This Yang Qiu is going around and around just to avoid the Dutch East Indies and avoid direct conflict with Japan!  So he and the Dutch minister were very unhappy!  Why were you not afraid of trouble when you wanted West Borneo and Natuna?  Now the northwest is safe.  There is a fart danger in the northwest!  That thousands-kilometer front that dumbfounded all strategists was hundreds of kilometers deep. Even if all the Soviet troops were drawn to the Far East, how deep could they go if they relied on the Urals to transport supplies?  Not to mention hitting Yanjing, even if all your troops are on holiday, if the Soviet army can advance to Mongolia and Chita, it is estimated that half of them will be disabled first!

But how can these words be uttered?  That's not asking for help, but acting recklessly.

After all, don¡¯t you want benefits?  Anambas is not enough, so what does he need?  All of Borneo?  !  What can be done to convince this cunning guy?  Xu Gesen looked at the gray-faced Dutch minister and wondered whether he should simply let the Far East Fleet block his fleet in the Strait of Malacca and force him to take action?

Xu Gesen¡¯s eyes were unkind, but Yang Qiu didn¡¯t care and smiled lightly.

??.When Yanjing City¡¯s bid and negotiations reached a deadlock, the early morning sunshine had already shined on Natuna Island, awakening this pearl embedded in the forefront of the South China Sea from its sleep.

A straight concrete runway on the east side of the island splits the green virgin forest in half like a sharp sword.  In the dense forest on the right, there are countless dots of red tiles.  On the mountain peak on the left, the huge Eagle Eye air warning radar antenna slowly rotates at a speed of eight circles per minute. Next to the radar is a four-story gray-brown cement building with a variety of decorations on the roof.  communication antenna.

This is the Natuna Island Sea and Air Base of the National Defense Force and the location of the Navy's Southwest Pacific Radio Monitoring Station.

Since 1922, when the President initiated military reforms for the entire military to learn new technologies and new tactics, radio technology has been listed as one of the most important key military technologies.  In addition to radar, which has just appeared in recent years, electronic monitoring, direction finding, navigation, etc. are all included in the subjects.  With the rapid development of world military technology in recent years, not only radar stations and listening stations have been set up in important border areas across the country, but two surveying and mapping ships have also been specially converted into electronic monitoring ships.

In addition to hardware, the president also personally ordered the establishment of the National Defense Electronic Mechanical Institute in Nanjing in 1925, and established electronic technology majors at Wuhan National Defense University, Changsha Air Force Academy, Baoding Army Academy, Jiujiang Army Academy and other military academies to cultivate  Dedicated electronics sergeant.

Xiao He is such a radar communications sergeant.

He graduated from Jiaotong University five years ago and then joined the Navy. Because of his talent in electronics, he was selected to study at the Nanjing Air Force Academy.  As a radar soldier, he is one of the best-paid noncommissioned officers on the island. His daily job is to monitor and use the radar and perform daily maintenance.

Operating a radar is a very complicated job, very boring and monotonous. Fortunately, the radar is not turned on every day.  But since the Dutch East Indies, he has become aThis is the most frequently turned on radar station in the country, and you need to keep an eye on the display screen every day.  "Xiao He, come and see!" In the computer room, his comrades suddenly shouted.  Xiao He, who was hiding outside to smoke, quickly pinched off his cigarette butts. When he rushed into the room, a large red dot on the screen suddenly stung his eyes.

How big of a fleet must this be to be able to reflect back such a large signal!  "Check, is there any arriving aircraft in the flight plan? Calculation team, calculate the direction and speed! Hey, hello! I am Xiao He. I have spotted a large group of unidentified aircraft heading northeast. Please take off immediately to intercept!"

"Squad leader, the flight plan only says that there will be two transport planes arriving from China today."

"Fuck you! Anti-aircraft artillery, call the anti-aircraft artillery company, hurry up! Lookout squad, go up and take a closer look."

The radar center was busy, and Xiao He's heart was beating faster and faster.  According to the doctrine, if it is not included in the flight plan, there are only two possibilities.  The first is that the mission is highly confidential, so we are afraid that the enemy will intercept the radio communications, so we fly over directly. The second is that there is a sneak attack.

After the piercing alarm bell rang, the four Snake fighter jets on the tarmac took the lead in rushing into the sky. The soldiers of the anti-aircraft artillery company also quickly rushed into the fighting position, opened their gun jackets, and fired a group of five 40mm bombs.  Shells were loaded into the anti-aircraft guns.  The lookout climbed to the top of the building as quickly as possible and pointed the domestic high-power telescope in the northeast direction.  But five minutes later, when they saw the target clearly, they all gasped.

All I saw was that a large area suddenly appeared in the blue sea and sky!  It is a whole large area of ??new four-engine aircraft that has never been seen before.
