The news of raising snails spread in the village for some reason. Er Mazi was the first one to come over and ask, "Xiao Hao, are you really planning to raise snails?"

"Haha, didn't I say last time that you would follow me if I got a big project? Now that I don't raise grass snails, how many will I sell to you?" Liu Junhao joked with a smile while making a circle.

This circle was not solidified with lime cement. Instead, it was paved with blue bricks, and then it was plastered with mixed mud and it was done.  So in just a few hours he was almost done, except for the final covering of the window screen.

"Why did I buy a grass snail like you? Do you think I don't have any hands? If it rains, just walk around in the woods for half a day and you can get seven or eight pounds." Er Mazi cursed with a smile, and then asked with some doubts.  : "Are you really planning to raise snails?"

"Why am I lying to you? This is all done." Liu Junhao said and poured a large piece of the fine sand that he had just picked up from the river beach into.  He was just trying to cross the river by feeling the stones. This kind of grass snail breeding was not mentioned at all in the book.  Although Sunana searched for a long time when choosing books, she still couldn't find a book on breeding grass snails, so she bought a variety of books and mailed them to Liu Junhao.

Liu Junhao here also estimated that the habits of snails are similar, so he raised them as white jade snails.

"Snails still eat sand?" Er Mazi asked in surprise when he saw that he had made a lot of sand.

"This is for snails to lay eggs. I'm just referring to the book and thinking about it." Liu Junhao threw the snails in the tub into the circle one by one, and then threw in a dozen vegetable leaves and let it go.

"Probably because the ground was damp, after a while, the snails hiding in their shells all poked their heads out and crawled around inside, and many even climbed onto the vegetable leaves to gnaw.

"Damn it, this thing can be raised, is it delicious?" Er Mazi looked at these grass snails, obviously a little tempted.

"Don't worry, Uncle Guangxi, the grass snails I raise are absolutely delicious. You will probably be able to eat them next month. I will fry some and invite you to come over and try them."

"Okay, it's settled. If it's really delicious, your uncle's farmhouse will take care of all the snails." Er Mazi said "quite far-sightedly".

Now it¡¯s good, you can eat snails in a month. After seeing Er Mazi away, Liu Junhao sat on a chair in the front yard and looked forward to the future.

Before he could sit firmly on his buttocks, the furry boy, with a bruised nose and a swollen face, led a fat little flower dog to the yard.  As soon as the puppy entered the yard, it sniffed around, then picked up Liu Junhao's shoes that were lying on the ground, and ran up to the furry boy, barking "woof" to claim credit.

Dogs generally look very cute when they are young. Looking at this little flower dog, Liu Junhao remembered how Xiaopi had grown so big in a blink of an eye when he first picked him up.

"Where did you get the dog from? It seems like school has just ended. The schoolbag hasn't been sent home yet?" he asked doubtfully.

"I asked my classmates to get it for me. I have been taking it to school for the past two days, and Teacher Zhang didn't even notice it." The furry boy took out a large piece of steamed bun from his schoolbag and threw it next to the puppy.

The puppy was eating happily when he suddenly saw Xiaopi lying on the edge of the stone slab. He immediately screamed and rushed forward, and started to push Xiaopi's belly. It seemed that he was thinking about sucking milk.

"Woooo" Xiaopi made a low warning sound.

But the little flower dog seemed to turn a deaf ear. It sat under its belly for a long time and couldn't get any milk. It became anxious and even barked at Xiaopi.

It¡¯s true that a newborn calf is not afraid of tigers. This little flower dog is so courageous.

However, Xiaopi didn't seem to want to get along with this puppy. He was annoyed by it, so he stood up and walked towards his kennel. Unexpectedly, the puppy still followed him reluctantly, and finally chewed it with peace of mind.  Picked up the bones in the skin.

Xiaopi has the habit of collecting bones. Every time Liu Junhao throws a big bone to it, if it can¡¯t finish it, it will put it in the kennel and wait to enjoy it later.

Because there is food inside, the kennel has become a restricted area. Whenever chickens, ducks or rabbits approach, it will "whimper" to warn.

But this time the warning was ineffective. The little flower dog still squatted in front of it and gnawed in a swagger. Xiaopi barked several times and saw no response from it, so he had to give up and close his eyes to bask in the sun.

This surprised Liu Junhao, and what surprised him even more was that the little flower dog probably got tired of playing with it after chewing for a while, so he screamed and climbed up Xiaopi's back, biting its ears and playing with it.

And Xiaopi made no other movements at all except shaking his head.

"What's wrong with your face? Did you get into a fight with someone?" Liu Junhao then remembered to ask Mao Zi's face.?What's going on?

"It was a wasp sting me when I went up a tree to dig out birds. There was a small white-headed nest built on the toon tree in my backyard. I saw the two old birds catching bugs and feeding them back two days ago. I guessed that the little birds were about to leave the nest. I thought  I went up to take a look, but I didn't find a big hornet's nest under the toon tree." The boy rubbed his swollen face and explained nonchalantly.

The primary school name of the white-headed bird in his mouth is the white-headed bird. This kind of bird is very common in Daqingshan. There are often a group of ten or twenty chirping, which is quite annoying.

"You deserve it. You're so old and you go up a tree to dig out birds. It stings your eyes to make you feel better." Liu Junhao originally wanted to scold him, but seeing the rough-skinned look of this kid, he had to give up and said so.  Just like I didn't say, this naughty kid is the master of what goes in from the left ear and out from the right ear.

The furry kid talked for a while, then ran into the house to play on the computer, no longer caring about the little chippy he threw into the yard. The chippy dog ??had been fussing for a while and actually lay comfortably next to Xiaopi and fell asleep.

Liu Junhao sat in the yard for a while, watching the sun was about to go down before he thought about collecting duck eggs.  He took the sieve and climbed up to the pile of miscellaneous wood to take a look. Sure enough, there were three or four teal eggs in each nest.

This made him even more suspicious. Could it be that this water duck lays eggs at night? Otherwise, how could he not find it all the time?

His conjecture was quickly proven. When it was getting dark, a water duck flew silently onto the weeds. After patrolling for a few minutes, it lay down in its nest to lay eggs.

After a while, six of them flew up, all of them acting sneakily like thieves.

Now all the confusion in Liu Junhao's heart was explained. It seemed that although this water duck had been domesticated since he was a child, his vigilance had not deteriorated at all.

The kid loses track of time when he plays games, and until it gets dark, he still has no intention of leaving.  Liu Junhao was afraid that his family would be worried at night, so he urged him twice before driving him away from the computer.

This kid has been sitting for two hours, staring at the screen, and now he is sore that he can't see the road clearly.  When I just stepped out of the door frame, I kicked off my foot and fell down, chewing mud.

"Did you fall?" Liu Junhao quickly helped him up.

"It's okay." The furry kid patted the dirt on his body and was about to go to the kennel to hold the little puppy. However, he suddenly noticed a bright light in the backyard and immediately exclaimed: "Uncle Xiao Hao, come and see what's going on in your backyard, then."  So many fireflies!¡±

"Fireflies?!" Liu Junhao was startled when he heard his cry and walked out of the room. He also exclaimed and hurriedly walked over with a handheld lamp on.

These bugs are so disgusting. I just released the snails in the afternoon, and they came to cause trouble at night.

I saw a lot of firefly larvae crawling on the fine window screen, which flickered on and off, and many of them kept digging into the eyes of the window screen.

This thing is the natural enemy of snails, and it mainly feeds on snails.  I don¡¯t know how they got the smell and crawled into their yard.

Liu Junhao looked at it for a while before feeling relieved. He had sealed the gaps in the bricks with mud in the afternoon. Although there were holes in the window screens, they were very small and fireflies could not get through at all.
