"One of the Demonic Rebels: The Floating Pot Space©¤Han Han"

Han Han (September 23, 1982) was born in Jinshan, Shanghai.  Chinese professional rally and track racing driver, writer, editor-in-chief of "Solo" magazine (now defunct), and involved in music creation.

Han Han began to publish novels when he was in junior high school. His work "Bookstore" was published in the 9th issue of Jiangsu Edition of "Juvenile Literature and Art" in 1997, and he was promoted to Shanghai Songjiang No. 2 Middle School as a sports student.

When he was a freshman in high school (1999), he won the first prize in the first New Concept Composition Competition with his article "Looking into the Cup". Later, he concentrated on literary creation and resisted the school's exam-oriented education, resulting in failing seven subjects in the final exam and repeating the grade.

His first novel "Three Gates" became his best-selling work and made Han Han famous overnight.  In order to create "Three Gates", Han Han once again failed seven subjects and eventually dropped out of high school.

After dropping out of school, he successively published a series of best-selling books: the collection of essays "One Degree Below Zero", "Manuscript 2003", "Just Floating Around" and "Miscellaneous Articles", and the novels "Flying Like a Boy" and "Chang'an Chaos"  , "A City", "Glory Day", "His Country" and "1988, I Want to Talk to the World" and other works.

Out of his love for driving, Han Han became a professional driver, but he still continued to publish a series of current commentary articles through his blog. His blog became the blog with the highest click rate in China, and many of his articles attracted great social attention and even  Controversial, so articles are often banned.

Han Han also got involved in music creation. He released his first album "Eighteen Forbidden" at the end of September 2006, and wrote all the lyrics.  In 2010, Han Han participated in Hu Ge's short film "Animal World Home Animals".  In addition, Han Han also participated in the movie "Legend of the Sea" directed by Jia Zhangke.

April 19, 2009.  Han Han opened an online bookstore called Han Han's Bookstore on Taobao. The bookstore's website claimed to only sell genuine books signed by himself. Due to the bookstore's excessive sales and too many transactions, it was once identified by the website system as false transactions and hype.  Seize it for credit.

On May 1, 2009, Han Han published an article on his Sina blog titled "New Magazine Call for Papers, Letters of Recruitment, Fee Standards, and Submission Emails."  According to the article, Han Han will start a magazine himself, but in order to prevent piracy in the market, the article does not include the name of the magazine, but only provides a contact email for submissions, applications and advertising cooperation.

It is noteworthy that.  Han Han introduced in the article that in the magazine he runs, the manuscript fee for an original article recommended on the cover is 1,000 words/2,000 yuan. He also revealed that this fee standard is already 10 to 40 times the standard of China¡¯s publishing industry, and is higher than what China¡¯s top magazines pay.  Recruitment fees for top writers are 2 to 4 times higher.

The fee for an ordinary manuscript is 1,000 words/1,000 yuan, which is 10 to 20 times higher than the current publishing industry standard.  For articles that have been published or excerpted by magazines, the manuscript fee is 1,000 words/500 yuan, which is already 15 times the current standard. The manuscript fee for photos reaches 5,000 yuan.

Han Han also wrote in the article.  The self-run magazine will open a column for submissions from idiots, and the fee is set at 1,000 words/250 yuan to show that the article's views and writing style are consistent with the author's image.

The following is Han Han¡¯s blog post ¡°New Magazine¡¯s Call for Papers, Letter of Recruitment.  Fee standards, description of the fee for 1,000 words/250 yuan in Submission Email:

Each issue of the magazine also has two to three articles with the best views and writing style.  It means that the magazine does not agree with the author's views at all. The magazine believes that the author is mentally retarded, anti-human, anti-common sense, anti-justice and anti-freedom. The magazine will also publish this type of article and show it to the public. In order to show that it is consistent with the image of these people, the fee standard for this type of article is  It is 1,000 words/250 yuan, which is also a very high standard. 250 never falls from the sky, and the birth of 250 also has a cost.  ¡ªHan Han

Five days after publishing the article, Han Han¡¯s unpublished magazine has received more than 10,000 submissions from various places, and thousands of resumes.  Interestingly, among these submissions, Han Han found several copy-paste articles, pornographic novels, and graduation thesis articles that were expressly prohibited in the previous statement. Han Han expressed his helplessness and stated that such articles would not be published.

The establishment of the magazine has attracted social attention. Some editors said it saved the literary personality, and a reporter commented that Han Han had completed the transformation from a rebellious youth to an intellectual.

However, due to some restrictions on publishing and distribution in China, Han Han's magazine "Solo", which was planned to be published in August 2009, was delayed for nearly a year before being released on July 6, 2010.  Despite this, readers are still enthusiastic. The publisher of the book, Huawen Tianxia, ??announced that in less than 10 hours after pre-sales went online, "The Solo" has already ranked first on the outstanding sales list based on pre-sales.

After turning to professional racing, Han Han was once rumored to be in financial crisis. He also admitted that compared with other professions, Chinese writers and racing drivers earn less. In addition, he has not participated in commercial activities, and his financial source is only book royalties.  But there is a sense of achievement in racing, and winning the championship also proves that he is a good student with all-round development.

The following is what Han Han said in an interview in 2007:

My income is the royalties from books. I have no business acumen. I never buy stocks or funds. Racing is the most expensive thing. It often makes the family unhappy.  ¡ªHan Han

I never do any commercial activities myself. I turn down a lot of them every year. The advertising revenue alone is more than 3 million yuan. I'm afraid that I won't be able to keep it.  ¡ªHan Han
