July 10, 1918 8:30 Ufa Allied Forces Headquarters

"Eagle Eye 3 reported that about fifty kilometers west of Ufa, it was discovered that the main force of the Soviet Union's South Cluster was moving rapidly westward in two directions five kilometers apart, with a scale of about 89 divisions!" the voice of Tian Jun, director of the war room! Obviously a little anxious. (_-< Registered members of Piaotian Literature recommend this work >-)

"Sogar! Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, Tukhachevsky really ran away! Did he leave only the wounded in Chernigovka? Should we launch a pursuit as soon as possible?" Utsunomiya Taro, deputy chief of staff of the coalition forces, said One of them jumped up. Recently, this guy was enjoying scolding Fang Qiu in front of the headquarters combat map with the commander-in-chief of the coalition forces. It was a pleasure to point out the country!

"It seems that Tukhachevsky is a bit interesting. Their main force must have secretly left the camp in the early morning and retreated westward, leaving the wounded behind to break up the rear! No wonder there was only one person who came to pick up the more than 3,000 lightly and seriously wounded half an hour ago. With the strength of the cavalry regiment, the opponent may even want to abandon the cavalry regiment just because the warriors have broken their arms!" Wu Peifu also frowned.

"Has Petrovich not returned yet? How is the attack of his cavalry division?" Since the Soviet Union's southern cluster withdrew to 20 kilometers away yesterday, Wang Geng did not go to the observation room to observe the battlefield situation with a telescope.

"You should have just arrived near the opponent's camp at this moment. It will probably take some time to report back on the battle situation!" Tian Jun replied.

"Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, why don't we give chase? If it's too late, Tukhachevsky will run away!" Taro Utsunomiya couldn't help shouting!

"How to pursue? The opponent has established a camp and defense line in Chernykavka. The troops left behind are estimated to be more than one division, and there are nearly 24,000 lightly and seriously injured people. This Tukhachevsky is really not afraid of going to Moscow. The military court left the wounded to block us, but he ran away!" Wang Geng was obviously not in a hurry.

"How can a mere rearguard division plus 24,000 wounded be our opponent? It can be wiped out cleanly and completely in half a day, without even dispatching the air force! Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, let's stop hesitating and pursue the chase! Otherwise, wait. After Tukhachevsky¡¯s main force merges with the Fifth and Ninth Army, it will be tiring to pack it up!¡±

Utsunomiya Taro is obviously a little disapproving. If it weren't for the relatively harmonious relationship with Wang Geng these days, this guy might be really worried and blushing!

"Deputy Chief of Staff Wu, what's your opinion?" Wang Geng asked Wu Peifu while lighting his cigar. -< Piaotian Literature registered members recommend this work >-)

Wu Peifu, deputy chief of staff of the coalition forces and commander of the Third Group Army of the Chinese Participating Army, pondered for a moment and said slowly, "According to my understanding, when we put back so many wounded Soviet Red Army soldiers, it was to provide relief to Tukhachevsky's South Army. The swarm put on his burden and slowed him down, but now he broke his wrist and ran away, so our intention was a bit lost." Wu Peifu thought about his words.

"Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, in my opinion, should we send someone to persuade us to surrender? We put back the wounded on the opposite side. Early this morning, the main force of the Southern Cluster abandoned the wounded and ran away. I believe these unarmed wounded had nothing but to surrender to us. There is no other way out! You can't fight us to the death with bare hands, right?" Wu Peifu's murderous intention is obviously not as serious as that of Utsunomiya Taro.

"The wounded have no weapons. The opponent's cavalry regiment just now has weapons, and there is at least one rearguard division left on the position to guard the camp. This is not considered bare-handed. I don't think there is any need to persuade them to surrender. These wounded just need to recuperate and eat and drink. Lazarus takes up a lot of our logistical supplies and energy, and unlike those able-bodied prisoners who can do hard work in coal mines and construction sites, the Soviet wounded are of absolutely no value to us. I suggest that all of them be eliminated on the spot!" the Japanese commander yelled with a grin on his face! road.

"Persuading surrender is a good idea. At least it will be a huge blow to the morale of the Eastern Front's Southern Cluster. It may also allow Moscow to adjust the leadership team of the Eastern Front's Southern Cluster. But at the moment, the opponent still has a division and a cavalry regiment to look after it. In other words, to guard these wounded soldiers, even if the wounded soldiers want to surrender, the commander of the remaining division must agree, right?" the commander-in-chief of the coalition forces said with a smile.

"It's just a division and a cavalry regiment. It's not a problem at all. Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, I will personally lead a division up. I can't get the other party to come to see you!" Utsunomiya Taro said eagerly.

"Tukhachevsky wants to take off the burden of wounded soldiers and go into battle lightly, but I won't let him do it. Mr. Taro, if we wipe out this division and the cavalry regiment, then these wounded people will only surrender or be massacred. This But it has completely lifted Tukhachevsky's burden, and it has put a huge burden on us. We can't afford this deal!" Wang Geng took a puff of cigarette and said decisively.

"Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, please stop making us happy and give the order quickly. Anyway, I think we must act as soon as possible. We must not sit back and watch the situation tilt in the direction planned by Soviet Russia Tukhachevsky! We must not let it slip. What a great opportunity!" Utsunomiya Taro said impatiently.

"We surrounded the point and called for reinforcements. Anyway, the opponent's 24,000 lightly and seriously injured people in Chernigovka could not escape, but we did not persuade them to surrender. We surrounded them, besieged them, and waited for Tukhachevsky to come to rescue! Of course, It is still possible to consider persuading the opponent's rearguard division and cavalry regiment to surrender, but of course, this must be done after hurting the opponent!"

Wang Geng stood up and turned around a few times. While talking, he waited for his two deputy chiefs of staff to digest and understand his strategy.

"This is a good idea! This way, the burden is still on Tukhachevsky's side. Even if he still wants to withdraw in the end, Moscow will force him to come back, open the encirclement and rescue the wounded! Otherwise, he may have to go to a military court! It's better to call for help! It's easier than chasing the opponent's back!" Wu Peifu said with eyes wide open, obviously convinced by his young boss's idea.

"Hey! Encirclement and reinforcements will be surrounded. Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, please let the Imperial Army come in this time. The two division commanders, Oba and Fujii, have told me privately several times, saying that they can't win the war and spend the whole day in the army. I have green hair all over my body when I¡¯m basking in the sun!¡± Utsunomiya Taro stood up and said.

"Commander-in-chief, please let our heavy artillery brigade come up this time. In the past two days, there was no chance to fire on the Ufa battlefield. The barrels of the cannons are almost rusty!" Wu Peifu stood up and asked for a fight!

"Your Excellency, Commander-in-Chief, I will take the armored battalion and a Ufa volunteer division to ensure that you take down Chernigovka!" Shunroku Hata, the good director of the war room, felt that he was underachieving and couldn't help it. I want to go into battle! Yesterday, he led the armored battalion and cooperated with the armored regiment of the participating army Xiong Shihui Division. With the support of the aviation team, he completely annihilated the opponent's 1st Cavalry Division of the Fourth Army. But he was really addicted!

Wang Geng chuckled and looked at the excited subordinates in the war room, shook his head and said,

"So far, the only coalition forces we have exposed in the direction of Ufa are the aviation team and one armored regiment plus one armored battalion. In addition, there are two field artillery regiments and three ** field artillery regiments. This strength is enough. No more, otherwise Tukhachevsky's troops will be too strong and he will never come back! It will be too tiring for us to chase him, and it will be half the effort, which is not cost-effective. The best strategy is to mobilize the opponent back," the commander-in-chief of the coalition forces said. The use of his own troops is obviously very careful.

In Wang Geng's view, the infantry mixed brigades and brigades in the coalition should not be so anxious to show off their strength in the direction of Ufa. If the pressure on logistical support were not too great, the number of armored units in the coalition should be doubled. Currently, in addition to the three 80,000-strong combined armored brigades and cavalry divisions sent out to outflank the coalition forces west of the Ural Mountains, the rest is the Second Chinese Participating Army stationed at the base camp ten kilometers northeast of Ufa. The 10th Division Kuma Shiki Teru Division and the Japanese 7th Division.

Of course, the heavy artillery regiments of the three divisions of the Chinese Third Army of the Allied Forces were temporarily formed into a 150mm large-caliber heavy artillery brigade and were also deployed in Ufa. In addition, Ufa also has three independent field artillery regiments of the Japanese Third Army. and three field artillery regiments, as well as the division-affiliated armor regiment of Xiong Shihui Division and a brigade-affiliated armored battalion under the 58th Mixed Brigade.

Three Russian new divisions transferred west from Chelyabinsk will arrive at the Ufa front line by train from Chelyabinsk later that day. These three Russian new divisions use Japanese weapons and are already on the train. After more than half a month of training in the new army camp in Riabinsk, the establishment of each division was equivalent to a mixed brigade of the Chinese participating army. The three divisions added up to about 30,000 people, and their strength was only equivalent to what Wang Geng promised to replace. Kolchak organized and trained only one of the ten Russian reorganized divisions.

Fortunately, when selecting troops for these three divisions, priority was given to demobilized Tsarist Russian soldiers and Cossacks from the Volga River Basin who migrated to the west of the Ural Mountains. Therefore, although the army was formed in a hurry, it was equipped with Japanese 38-guns of one color and joined the war with China. After the army's m1917bra squad machine gun, m1917a1 Browning water-cooled heavy machine gun, as well as 60mm caliber mortar and 81mm caliber mortar, due to the large number of machine guns and powerful firepower, the combat effectiveness of each division can at least equal that of Kolchak The main force of the White Guards gestured one or two.
