"The answer is correct. At this moment, except for the main German and Austrian forces who may be able to teach the Chinese King's troops a lesson, no one else can even think about it. Neither we nor the Soviet Red Army will be the opponent of the Allied Powers. So  It seems that, depending on you, we have no choice but to hold our noses and agree to give up the territory in the south?" Kolchak said with a complicated mood.

"Alexander Vasilyevich, I think His Excellency Pepe is really on our side this time. Otherwise, where can we get these 90 cannons and 600 machine guns? As long as we renounce the southern land and announce the evacuation  When the White Guards arrived in the north, they immediately cashed in on the benefits and assistance. They didn't pay attention to the troops of Krasnov and Denikin in the south! If they disobey, they will only lead to their own destruction!  It¡¯s the Volga Federation¡¯s business, we don¡¯t have to worry about it at all!¡±

Hastings said anxiously, two consecutive days of fighting had made everyone highly nervous and their brains were working hard, and their physical strength was even greater. At this time, the Chief of Staff was really worried that Kolchak was tired and confused, and his mind was messed up.  He actually wanted to refuse the pie that was delivered to his door!

"But, my Chief of Staff, it's not like you haven't read the previous calls from Krasnov and Denikin. These guys refused to send troops north to Kazan to participate in the war. The reasons were various, ranging from lack of food and ammunition to the troops  Not long after the heavy damage, the troops were still recovering. Later they said that safety along the way could not be guaranteed, and there was insufficient horse materials. Finally, they said that they could not afford horseshoes, and they refused to come to the north to participate in the war anyway! "

Kolchak groaned and clapped his fingers and complained, saying that before receiving the reply from the Volga Federation, he sent a telegram to ask for Krasnov and Denikin from the south to go north for support!

"These bastards are not the same as us at all. They only care about fame, wealth and territory. How long did it take for them to reply after our telegram was sent? I guess Krasnov and Denikin didn't even have a meeting to discuss it.  After discussing it, I called back and refused!

Which one is unbearable? I think we should accept Pepe's proposal, abandon the south, announce the withdrawal of the White Guards, and get the arms assistance from the Volga Federation first!  For other nonsense, let Krasnov and Denikin go to court with the Volga Federation!  "Hastings was so angry when he mentioned the call back from the White Guards headquarters in the south that he couldn't help shouting.

"Okay, then, it's decided!" Kolchaks thought about it, and finally, with Hastings's insistence, decided to exchange the southern land for arms assistance from the Volga Federation. As for Krasnov and Denny  If Jin and the others refuse to come to Kazan, they will just wait to become horse bandits and be wiped out by the Volga Federation!

"At least, neither the coalition forces nor the Volga Federation's troops will rob the people of their things. Giving these lands in the south to the Volga Federation is definitely not a bad thing for the people!

"Call back to the Volga federal government and we agree to the other party's conditions! Tomorrow we will officially announce the abandonment of the land south of Tsaritsyn, and order all local White Guards to go north to join the fight against Soviet Russia in the direction of Kazan!" Kolchak pounded hard on the  He picked up the map on the table and said.

    July 23, 1918 22:00 Don White Guard Headquarters, Rostov-on-Don

"Peter Nikolayevich! Things are not going well. An ultimatum has come from Kazan. His Excellency Kolchak will announce tomorrow that he will give up all the land south of Tsaritsyn and ask us to lead the local White Guards north to join Kazan.  The All-Russian Provisional Government¡¯s Sequential Operations!¡±

Anton Ivanovich Denikin, deputy commander-in-chief of the Don White Guards, hurried into Krasnov's living room with a newly received telegram in his hand, looking anxious.

Krasnov, the leader of the White Guards of the Don River, was lying on the large bed in the bedroom and was busy hugging each other. Hearing this, he suddenly got alert and pushed away the beautiful maid beside him who was smiling and murmuring but not wearing a hair.  Gulu climbed up from the large bed in his bedroom, put on his pajamas, and walked outside, muttering,

"I'm talking to Anton Ivanovich, haven't we discussed this matter before and already called you back? How come Kazan is causing trouble again? Why don't you let people stop? I'm busy right now.  You know, it¡¯s so easy to be frightened by you!¡±

"My Lord Commander-in-Chief, you are still sleeping at this moment, but this time you are in trouble. The trouble is big. The Volga Federation has obviously reached a deal with Kazan. We must be under the influence of Kolchak and Hastings."  Si betrayed him, otherwise Kazan would send two urgent calls in one night, and now this one is simply an ultimatum!¡±

Denikin had been in military uniform all his life, with polished riding boots and meticulously tied armed belts, but his forehead was covered with sweat. The telegram manuscript in his hand was trembling slightly. In order to cover up the panic in his heart, this guy kept walking in the living room.  Walking around, Krasnov's private residence is usually heavily guarded, and Denikin, the deputy commander-in-chief and chief of staff, can come and go at will in the middle of the night.??Barging in to disturb people's dreams, if it had been anyone else, they would have been stopped by the Cossack guards at the gate!

The leader of the Don White Guards, Pyotr Nikolayevich Krasnov, was born into a Cossack noble family in 1869. His father, Nikolai, was a Cossack general during the Tsarist Russia. Krasnov himself was considered to be a member of the upper-middle class Cossacks.  When the European War broke out, Krasnov had already served as the division commander of the Don Cossack Cavalry Division in the Tsarist Russian army, with the rank of cavalry major general.

After the February Revolution in Russia in 1917, Krasnov, the commander of the Tsarist Russian Cavalry Division, assessed the situation and immediately declared his allegiance to Kerensky's provisional government. As a result, he was reused by Kerensky. In August 1917, he was appointed as the Don Commander.  Commander of the Cossack Cavalry Corps, promoted to lieutenant general of cavalry.

During the October Revolution, after the provisional government was overthrown by the Bolshevik uprising, Kerensky slipped out of Petersburg immediately, found the troops of Krasnov, the commander of the Cossack cavalry, and ordered Krasnov to lead the Cossacks in a counterattack  Petersburg.

However, at that time, the lower-level officers and soldiers of the Cossack cavalry were also disturbed by Bolshevism, and the troops were divided. Most of the Cossack officers in the cavalry refused to follow Commander Krasnov to Petersburg to suppress the uprising. Krasnov only led less than one division.  Troops who swore allegiance to the Provisional Government went to Petersburg.

As a result, Krasnov's troops kept defecting and fleeing during the advance. When they reached Petersburg, they had less than one brigade of cavalry and lacked artillery. As a result, they were defeated by the organized Bolshevik troops, including Krasnov.  Nov himself was made a prisoner.
