July 23, 1918 22:30? Cheboksary Kolchak former enemy headquarters

"Alexander Vasilyevich, I just received a call back from Rostov. Krasnov and Denikin refused to lead the local White Guards northward. The reason was the same as before. The Cossack soldiers as soldiers have to defend their hometown and fight against the invasion.  Those who fought to the death, and due to the serious losses in the three Tsaritsyn battles, the Don White Guards did not have the ability to dispatch at this moment!

And they threatened in the telegram that if we renounced the south of Tsaritsyn, they would declare annihilation!  No more recognition of our All-Russian Provisional Government!  "Hastings, Chief of Staff of the White Guards, frowned and looked at the telegram he had just received.

"Guillaume Nikolayevich, there is a saying in China, it's going to rain and the mother is going to get married, let them go. It's said that people in different ways don't work together. We and the people in the south have nothing to do with each other.  In less than a pot, that Krasnov had been colluding with the Germans to betray Russia's interests. Now he is just eager to make himself king. Have they said the name of the queen?  River Cossack Republic?¡±

Kolchak seemed to have expected Rostov's reaction, so he was not surprised. He turned around and asked tepidly.

"Hey, they said they wanted to establish an autonomous republic for the Don and North Caucasus. I said Alexander Vasilyevich and Pyotr Nikolayevich Krasnov are not worth mentioning, but that Denikin is.  He is a talented person, and he served as the chief of staff of the army of the provisional government. He is a good hand in leading troops and making plans. Moreover, this guy was born in Warsaw, Poland. Speaking of which, he is not from this side of the Don River. I didn't expect that he would also follow Klas.  Nov is making a fool of himself!¡±

Hastings couldn't help but feel a little regretful in his tone. He originally had a glimmer of hope in Denikin's loyalty to the All-Russian Provisional Government, but now it seems a bit shattered. In this case, I am afraid that the White Guards in the south will be defeated by the Volga Federation.  Annihilation, this is obviously something that the relatives hate and the enemies enjoy, but it is a pity that it cannot be avoided.

"Speculators have always been like this, Guillaume Nikolayevich. Maybe one day you will leave me too. People go to higher places, and water flows to lower places. This has always been the case!" Gall!  There was a hint of sadness in Chuck's tone.

Hastings blushed when he heard this, but he felt that he didn't need to argue. At this moment, Kolchak just said this casually. If Kolchak can't even trust himself, then what will happen to the world?  He can't find anyone else he can trust!

July 24, 1918 8:00 Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the All-Russian Provisional Government in Kazan

"Everyone, I now authorize the Supreme Consul of All Russia, His Excellency Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak, to issue the following announcement on behalf of the All-Russian Provisional Government!" Chumensky, the Foreign Minister of the All-Russian Provisional Government, in Kazan  On the podium set up on the steps of the All-Russian Provisional Government Building, a government announcement was made in front of the special correspondents, reporters and photographers from major world media in Kazan who were invited!

Government Proclamation No. 32 of the All-Russian Provisional Government of 1918

Based on the current situation, in order to concentrate all the forces that can be concentrated and fulfill the original commitment of the All-Russian Provisional Government to the people, we have decided to abandon Rostov, Kalmykia and Astrakhan, which are separated south of the territory of the Volga Federation.  Three regions, as well as control of all lands in the North Caucasus and adjacent to the above-mentioned regions.

¡°All White Guard troops located in the above-mentioned areas will, in accordance with the order of His Excellency Kolchak, the Supreme Consul of Russia and Commander-in-Chief of the White Guard Army, set off and head north to the Kazan line from now on to join the ranks of the White Guard troops directly commanded by the All-Russian Provisional Government.

While these White Guard troops in the south are moving north, their families and relatives can go north together at the same time or later. We will choose a suitable location for everyone to build a new home in the north. As a friendly neighbor of the All-Russian Provisional Government, the Volga Federal Government  He has promised to be responsible for the travel reception and arrangements, camping, food supply and other related matters for the White Guard troops and their families heading north.

The White Guards and their families who are marching north from the south will be escorted by Volga Federation troops until they reach the Kazan front line after entering the territory of the Volga Federation. During this period, you must abide by the laws of the Volga Federation and accept the Volga Federation.  They must not stir up troubles or take any actions that damage the diplomatic relations and friendship between the two countries.

All White Guard officers and soldiers who refuse to go north under the orders of His Excellency Kolchak, the Supreme Consul of Russia and Commander-in-Chief of the White Guard Army, will be declared illegal armed forces, regardless of their position and status and their contribution to the free All-Russian Provisional Government.  You are no longer recognized as a member of the White Guard and as a citizen of the All-Russian Provisional Government, so please choose your destiny carefully.

After the All-Russian Provisional Government gives up the above lands, the local people can organize themselves to protect their lives and property from bandits, robbers and invadersThe invasion of Russia and the abandonment of the land in the south are painful choices made by the All-Russian Provisional Government based on the current situation. There is no right or wrong. Everyone can make a choice according to their own wishes. I hope your choice is correct!

The above announcement takes effect from now on!

    July 24, 1918

The press conference of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the All-Russian Provisional Government in Kazan did not accept interviews from the media. They hurriedly left the venue after reading out the government announcement. Reporters from major media outlets in Kazan showed their talents, except for publishing the announcement and press release as soon as possible.  In addition to forwarding the report to the society, I spent the rest of the time asking around to find out what happened. Didn't Lord Kolchak and the White Guards have successfully captured Cheboksary on the front line? Why did they suddenly give up the land in the south and  people?

It was not too late. On the same day, just a few hours after the announcement of the All-Russian Provisional Government in Kazan, the Don White Guards Command in Rostov-on-Don in the south also issued an important message in response:

To all major national governments, media, news agencies, and newspapers around the world:

In view of the fact that the Kolchak regime in Kazan betrayed the Russian people and their original promises to everyone, according to Commander-in-Chief of the Don White Guards Pyotr Nikolayevich Krasnov and Chief of Staff Anton Yi  According to the order co-signed by Vanovich Denikin, the Don White Guards will no longer recognize the All-Russian Provisional Government in Kazan as their own government, and will no longer recognize Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak as the All-Russian Provisional Government in Kazan.  The supreme governor of Russia!

And in accordance with the common will of the Don White Guards, their families, and the people of the Don and North Caucasus, from now on we declare the establishment of the Don and North Caucasus Autonomous Republic, and the Don White Guards will be renamed the Don and North Caucasus Defense Forces, Rostov and Kalmy  Croatia, Astrakhan and other areas of the North Caucasus are the legal territory of the Don and North Caucasus Autonomous Republics!

Pyotr Nikolayevich Krasnov was elected by the Electoral Commission as the first Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Don and North Caucasus Autonomous Government, and His Excellency the Head of State appointed Anton Ivanovich Deng.  Nijin is the Prime Minister of the Government Cabinet, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Chief of General Staff.

All soldiers and civilians of all colors in the territory of the Don and North Caucasus Autonomous Republics, regardless of nationality and race, must unconditionally obey the leadership of the autonomous government. Soldiers must obey the unified command and leadership of the General Headquarters of the Armed Forces. Any act of leaving the station without authorization  All are considered rebellions, and this unit will be declared rebels and will be mercilessly annihilated by the National Defense Forces loyal to the government!
