"Brother Baili is right. Of course, you have to learn the navy from Great Britain, which has the strongest training and education system. Then do you need to abandon the basics and learn from the Japanese navy? They were lucky to win during the Sino-Japanese War, so let's wait until now  If you fight once, whoever loses will win!" Jiang Hongyu's words on the side were obviously much sharper. After all, this guy was not like Jiang Fangzhen who had studied in Japan, so he didn't need to leave any trace of affection in his words.

"Suga, I can't agree with this~~~ Putting aside the misunderstanding between the two sides during the Sino-Japanese War, during the Russo-Japanese War, the Imperial Japanese Navy relied entirely on its own strength to win the Battle of Tsushima with Tsarist Russia.  This cannot be denied.¡±

Tanaka Yiichi was squeezed by the three Chinese generals, Qian Tianfu, Jiang Fangzhen and Jiang Hongyu. He was a bit too weak to stand alone. He rubbed his hands and blushed and muttered, but he couldn't say anything. No matter how good this guy was, he couldn't do it alone.  I dare not say that the Japanese navy is inferior to the British Empire. Of course, the defeat of the Tsarist Russian fleet during the Russo-Japanese War was a glorious example. However, the size of the Tsarist Russian fleet was at best equivalent to a squadron of the British Empire, and it traveled thousands of miles to the Far East.  When participating in the war, the oysters and shells adsorbed on the hull of the ship almost caused the ship to sink.

Wang Geng, Jiang Hongyu, Jiang Fangzhen and Qian Tianfu who were present certainly knew about the Battle of Tsushima, which the Japanese Navy was proud of.

The Battle of Tsushima Strait (Russian: §¸ycnmckoecpa§Øehne, May 27-28, 1905), referred to as the Battle of Tsushima, and known in Japan as the Battle of the Sea of ??Japan, was a battle between the two countries in the Russo-Japanese War of 1905 between the Korean Peninsula and Honshu, Japan.  In a naval battle in the Tsushima Strait, the combined fleet commanded by Japanese Admiral Togo Heihachiro faced off against the Russian Second Pacific Fleet commanded by Russian Vice Admiral Rozed Stefansky.

The battle ended with a complete victory for the Japanese side. Two-thirds of the ships of the Russian Second Pacific Fleet were destroyed and almost the entire army was wiped out. The Japanese side only lost three torpedo boats.  This was one of the most disparate naval battles in the history of naval warfare.  The Japanese Combined Fleet used the T-tactic to annihilate the Russian Pacific Fleet, leaving the Russian Navy in ruins.

The specific maritime force composition of both sides in this battle is as follows:

The composition of the Japanese fleet (640,000 tons, all new warships, well-trained):

    Flagship: "Mikasa" ship

The first team: "Mikasa", "Shikishima", "Fuji", "Asahi", "Haruhi", "Hishin"

The second team: "Izumo", "Asama", "Tokiwa", "Azuma", "Yakumo", "Iwante"

    "Kasaki"

The third team: "Kasagi", "Chitose", "New High", "Onyu"

The fourth team: "Naniwa", "Takachiho", "Akashi", "Tsuima"

The fifth team: "Itsukushima", "Zhenyuan", "Matsushima", "Hashidate"

The sixth team: "Suma", "Chiyoda", "Akitsusu", "Izumi"

There are also 21 destroyers and 57 torpedo boats.

The composition of the Russian fleet (550,000 tons, old and new, poorly trained):

    Flagship: "Alexander III"

The first detachment: "Prince Suvorov", "Alexander III", "Borodino", "Eagle"

    "Osiliabia"

Second detachment: "Oslyabiya", "Sisoy-Veliki", "Navarin", "Admiral Nasimov"

    "Nicholas I"

The third detachment: "Nicholas I", "Admiral Ushakov", "Admiral Senyaven", "Admiral Aprakshin"

    "Aurora"

Cruiser Squadron: "Oleg", "Avler", "Monomakh", "Dmitry Donskoy", "Svetlana", "Diamond", "Pearl",  "Emerald"

There are also 10 destroyers and 8 auxiliary ships.

At that time, Russia had a total of 7 fleets: the Northern Fleet, the Baltic Fleet, the Black Sea Fleet, the Caspian Fleet, the Chukotka Fleet (also known as the Far East Fleet, which was later merged), the Pacific Fleet, and the specially formed 2nd Pacific Fleet, of which the Baltic Fleet accounted for  10.7% of the battle tonnage (excluding torpedo boats, supply ships and other auxiliary ships).

Therefore, although the Japanese Navy won the Battle of Tsushima, it was just a victory in which the new and well-trained warships bullied the opponent's old warships. It was similar to the previous battle of Ufa by the coalition forces, but even though Tsarist Russia lost at that time  Even though the Second Pacific Fleet was eliminated, the total tonnage of the navy was still nearly 8 times greater than that of the Japanese Navy. This is why even though Japan won the Russo-Japanese War, it never dared to take the Russian behemoth lightly again.

Seeing that Tanaka Yiichi was a little angry and about to run away, Wang Geng waved his hand disapprovingly and said with a stern face:?

"This is nonsense! What are you doing? I said that we are in the same boat. We are in the same boat. The pilots of the Allied Powers on the Western Front only trained for 2 months before flying solo. Within a few days of flying solo, they went into battle with the large forces.  Do you think it is so easy for pilots in the Air Force to get such high salaries and various benefits? The average life span of pilots fighting on the Western Front is 3 to 6 weeks. The top ten aces in Germany include the Red Baron.  A martyr!"

When the Commander-in-Chief of the Allied Forces said this, a few people shut up obediently. It is indeed unreasonable to say that three people are competing against one Tanaka Yoshihiro, whose family is almost twice your age. What's more, what is it that makes you fight against each other now?  When Jian Dou coughed, Wang Geng thought to himself, isn't it because of the high combat casualty rate of pilots that I want to select pilots from the Volga Federation and Japanese youths to serve as cannon fodder on the front line? Can't you see this?

"Your Majesty, Commander-in-Chief, thank you for finally agreeing that Japan can participate in the Allied Air Force operations. But are you selecting qualified trainees from the Japanese Army stationed in the Volga Federation, or are you recruiting pilots from the society within Japan? Are the treatment in all aspects the same as that of Chinese pilots?  "Tian Zhongyi rolled his eyes and asked the commander-in-chief of the coalition forces on the stick.

July 29, 1918, 10:45? Allied Forces Headquarters, Samara

"The Allied Air Force is an independent branch of the military. It does not matter where the troops are selected from. The key is the organization, organizational structure and management. As long as the Allied Forces on the Eastern Front exist for one day, the Allied Air Force will only accept the command of the Allied Forces Command. This cannot be tolerated.  Those who question and cannot accept this will be rejected by the aviation team and crash flying school!

In addition, considering that the frontline war is tense and there are not enough teachers, the first phase of the Allied Air Force Flight Crash School plans to recruit 500 Volga Federation students and 500 Japanese students on a trial basis. What do you think?  "
