You go back and tell Simon Petliura that our commander-in-chief said that if we want to negotiate peace, the Ukrainian National Army must first disarm all the German troops stationed in Ukraine. Then there is no need to show off the Crimean Peninsula.  !  We in the Volga Federation look down upon it, and besides, we have never recognized that the Crimean Peninsula belongs to Ukraine!

????????????????????????????????????????????????????????OUT?????? out of the Crimean Peninsula. That place is inseparable from the Don River and the North Caucasus.  Pepelyaev scolded him angrily, but revealed something new. Zhukovsky was not afraid when he heard this. He rolled his eyes and couldn't help but said, "The fastest update,  All text typed by hand

"So, the two sides still have to talk? If we agree to withdraw from the Crimean Peninsula and commit to expulsion of German troops from Ukraine in stages, can the Volga Federation guarantee that Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial sovereignty will not be violated by any third party?  Zhukovsky asked, blinking at Pepelyaev who was smoking.

"I say Nikolai Nikolayevich, you are really good at beating snakes and following sticks. It is very simple for us to ensure your security and future development. That is, Ukraine joins the Volga Federation and we promise to give you the autonomy to join the republic.  In terms of status, except that the constitution, foreign affairs, and national defense are controlled by the federal central government, the autonomous republic enjoys full and extensive autonomy rights. It is much stronger than the status of a province in the Tsarist Russia era, right? Read the latest chapter?

It¡¯s time to be content, my old friend, let alone the external conditions for Ukraine not to completely become a communist country, that is, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Belarus, Georgia, and Azerbaijan were established with the support of the German and Austrian occupying forces.  The so-called independent countries and regimes are all deceiving themselves and others. The Germans just treat you as a satellite vassal state. To be honest, it is worse than the treatment we gave you in the autonomous republic!  "

Pepelyayev's words were somewhat serious. He could now see that his old friend Zhukovsky might really be inclined to let Ukraine join the Allied camp to obtain asylum and security, but China  The future territory that the king drew for the Volga Federation is astonishing. Ukraine, known as the granary of Russia, located in the heart of the south, has no possibility of becoming any independent country.

Speaking of Ukraine, it actually has a long history. The word "Ukraine" was first seen in "Russian History" (1187). From 1237 to 1241, Batu conquered Kiev in the west and established the Golden Horde. In 1654, the Ukrainian Cossack leader Hemel  Nitsky signed the "Pereyaslav Peace Treaty" with the Russian Empire, and Ukraine and Russia were officially merged.

Ukraine is historically the core region of Kievan Rus.  It was also one of the earliest areas for the development of capitalism in modern Russia.  Around the 10th century, various East Slavic tribes combined to form the Ancient Rus tribe in what is now Ukraine, and established the Kievan Rus state.  In the 1214th century, due to feudal separatism, the ancient Rus tribe gradually split into three branches: Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians.

Starting from about the 14th century, Ukrainians began to break away from ancient Rus and became a single nation with unique language, culture and living customs.  In the 1315th century, Ukraine fought against the invasions of the Mongols, Germans and Turks. From the 14th century onwards, it was ruled by the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Poland and other countries.

In the 1719th century, the modern Ukrainian nation was formed in the middle reaches of the Dnieper River, centered on Kiev, Poltava and Chernihiv.

In 1654, the Ukrainian Cossack leader Khmelnytsky signed the "Pereyaslav Peace Treaty" with the Russian Tsar, and invited Tsarist Russia to rule. From then on, East Ukraine (the left bank of the Dnieper River) officially merged with the Russian Empire, and the relationship between Ukraine and Russia began.  History of alliances.

In the 18th century, Russia successively incorporated Ukraine and large areas on the northern coast of the Black Sea into its own territory.  By 1795, with the exception of Galicia (which belonged to Austria from 1772 to 1918), the rest of Ukraine was under the rule of Tsarist Russia.

At the end of 1917, Soviet power was established in Eastern Ukraine and the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic was established.  During the period of foreign armed intervention from 1918 to 1920, Western Ukraine (Eastern Galicia and Western Volyn) was occupied by Poland.

After that, the central government, the Hetman regime, and the Ukrainian National Union took turns taking charge, carrying out coups every three days. As the Germans finally selected the Ukrainian National Union as the target of support, Simon Petlyura's Ukrainian National Army finally  After taking control of the political power, and with the help of the German army, they sent troops from Kiev to expel the Ukrainian Soviet regime entrenched in Kharkov, which was regarded as unifying all Ukrainian territories except "Eastern Galicia and West Volyn". Of course,  The German and Austrian garrison has also become a reality that has to be faced. Although the Ukrainian People's Republic is nominally a communist country.

In fact, Ukraine is still a puppet satellite state of Germany, providing Germany with food, cloth, coal, and steel.and other strategic resources, while Ukraine¡¯s 15 million people live in famine and recurring rebellions.

Ukraine is 1,316 kilometers long from east to west and 893 kilometers long from north to south.  The largest mountain system is the Carpathian Mountains in the west, and the highest peak, Galvera Peak, is 2,061 meters above sea level.  The longest river, the Dnieper River, originates in Russia and flows through Ukraine for 981 kilometers.  Most of the area has a temperate continental climate, and the southern part of the Crimean Peninsula has a subtropical climate.  The average temperature in January is 7.4c and in July is 19.6c.

The reason why Ukraine is known as the breadbasket of Russia and even Europe, and is regarded as a must-win by both the German-Austrian Allies and Soviet Russia, is because the black soil area in Ukraine ranks first in the world, accounting for two-thirds of the land area.  Moreover, Ukraine has abundant water and a pleasant climate, which is very suitable for the development of agricultural production and animal husbandry.

There are 23,000 large and small rivers and more than 20,000 lakes in Ukraine, of which 3,000 are more than 10 kilometers long and 116 are more than 100 kilometers long.  The main rivers are: Dnieper, South Bug, Transnistria, North Donetsk, Prut and Danube.

Since Ukraine is mostly composed of plains and water network areas with criss-crossing rivers, Ukraine¡¯s forest resources are relatively scarce in comparison, with a forest coverage rate of 14.3%, spanning three vegetation zones: forest swamp zone, forest steppe zone and grassland zone.

Ukraine is extremely rich in mineral resources. There are as many as 72 types of mineral resources in the country, mainly including coal, iron, manganese, nickel, titanium, mercury, graphite, refractory soil, stone, oil and natural gas. Among them, manganese mineral reserves account for 10% of the original reserves of Tsarist Russia.  80%, with iron ore reserves of approximately 27.5 billion tons, accounting for 30% of the original reserves of Tsarist Russia.

However, oil and natural gas resources are relatively scarce, 80% of which are found in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and the Black Sea coast. Ukraine relies on imports for 90% of its oil.  The Donbas Coal Mine is the largest coal mine in Ukraine, with proven reserves of 109 billion tons.
